We will be pleased to have you stay at Riad Idra, and are committed to be available at all times for the full length of your stay with us.

Our team has 12 staff who will be delighted to meet your expectations.

Careful morning room cleaning and evening turn-down service is done by:

Nasira, Ouafa, Bouchra and Nezha

Our Chef Abdel, together with Naima and Mohamed  who are respectively in charge of breakfast and pastries, will be happy to have you pop in in the kitchen.

To please your taste buds, meals are prepared on the same day using only fresh produce. Dinner bookings made before 2:00pm appreciated.

Abdel, is a young chef with a passion for cooking, who interprets anew local recipes and specialties for you. At Riad Idra, food is tasty and fine, combining soft Mediterranean tastes and oriental flavors. Abdel is available at all times in the kitchen to share his passion and give his recipe tips and secrets. So please pop in!

As for Omar, he is the one preparing mint tea, which is a specialty of his, when you get back from the Souks at the end of the day. Please meet with him in the kitchen to get down to the nitty-gritty of our country’s #1 refreshing drink. Sophisticated yet unobtrusive, he is also in charge of serving dinners on the rooftop terrace, in a muted and intimate atmosphere.span>

You will meet withSalah many times while staying at Riad Idra. First, he will meet and greet you on Dar El Bacha street, and walk you to our House. Then, at all times, he will open the doors of the Riad for you when you get back from a night walk or from eating out, with a warm and true smile upon his face. For any late request, he will assist you. He is on night duty, keeping the Riad on watch and taking care of our guests.

You will see this face every day at Riad Idra’s front desk. After checking you in, Amine will brief you on the Riad’s amenities and services, and then take you to your room. You may also ask him to book a table or a day-out trip for you. Before you venture into the City for the first time, we recommend you ask him to give you directions on a street map.

As Riad Idra’s Manager, Karine will take care of you before, during and after your stay with us. Please contact her in advance so she can help you make the best of your stay. She has been living in Marrakesh for many years now, so she knows best when it comes to giving travel tips and meeting your requests. For her, guest satisfaction and comfort come first when traveling to Marrakesh!

You will meet with Rabie at breakfast, served between 8:00am and 11:00am either on the rooftop terrace or downstairs in the dining room. He will make sure you start your day in the best possible conditions. Please feel free to ask special requests from him, like omelets, gluten-free, vegetarian diet, etc. Should you like your breakfast to be served earlier, please kindly give us one day notice.
